I hired Hibachi Catering for a dinner party of 11, celebrating a retirement party. It was definitely one of the best parties I have given. Chef Erick was entertaining. The food was delicious and plentiful! The set up was very classy, the staff was friendly and accommodating. My guest were truly impressed! I got lots of compliments, but the only thing I did was hire a great one of a kind chef and his catering company. I am already working on when I can have them back!!

My family and I hired Hibachi Catering come this past Father's Day to celebrate our Dad. He loves Benihannas but was under the weather this year, so we wanted to do something at home for him. I am so glad that we found Eric and Hibachi Catering to help make the day special for him. We had 7 people (2 kids, 5 adults) and had such a fun time! The show was entertaining, the food was good, the service was friendly and professional, and the whole thing was set-up for us in the comfort of our backyard with music and everything. They also were able to cater to the one vegetarian in our group and make a special tofu/vegetable meal for her. At the end of the meal, they also brought out a special cake for my Dad with a sparkler. My Dad had such an amazing time and we will definitely be using them again for future parties!!

Omg first I would like to thank Hibachi catering. You guys are absolutely by far the best out here. Very professional from start to finish. My daughter loves benihana. So I was looking for something like that. But to come to my home. Let me say these guys are way way better then benihana could ever be. The interaction with the guess the tricks music and food. Absolutely magnificent. If I could give a million stars I would. No disrespect to benihana but just being honest. I used this company last night for a surprise elegant birthday dinner party for my daughter. I got the elegant package I must say it was way beyond what I expected. The food was absolutely amazing and great quality. Cooked and season to perfection. It was so beautiful and amazing to see how it was all put together in my front yard. The look on my daughters face and my guess was the best unforgettable. These guys are highly recommend for any of your needs.
